Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Care is very good 10/10.
Nurses lovely and very patient.
Room lovely and clean.
Cafe is great to have on site.
Lovely to know you can have a cooked lunch.

The staff are professional friendly and caring. They know what they are doing. I get a good understandable explanation of treatment and why sometimes it has to change they seem to perceive my level of scientific knowledge and pitch the explanation accordingly. I have a nice comfortable room with a shower but would on occasional both.
Apart from needing a good TV service I can't find fault.

I would improve the time meds. Should be given. To try to keep them ot times stated on packets.
Seemed more relaxed most of the time, compared to NGH.

Thank you for your feedback. Medication rounds are commenced promptly but due to having to administer to a number of patients it is not possible to administer all at the same time. This may result in the time for medication not being the same as on the packet but we make sure that all medicines are safely given.

Everything is handled confidentially, everyone is very understanding of the process, you're going through and the doctors are very polite.
A little bit more fluent with the system when sending out letters of instructions. These are a vital part of the transition.
